Restorative Yoga is a blissful way of accessing yoga postures without any strain. Using blocks and bolsters you are warm and relaxed and open in the pose. You also open into spaciousness physically and mentally allowing you to peel away the layers of fatigue, negativity and clutter that we all accumulate in our daily lives. Most people are rest deprived thay may sleep but do not deeply relax. Book a place on a Friday regularly or now and again and give it a try. Just 6 places 9.30-11.30 16.
