Parish Council Co-Option Notice
« Posted: 05 May 2015, 18:48:04 »
As there were only nine nominees for the PC and there are eleven places; the Parish Council needs to Co-opt two more members.

There is a formal notice published on the PC website here.

In summary; can interested parties please write to the Clerk (email: clerk@kingscliffeparishcouncil.co.uk or via snail-mail to the address on the notice) by the 5th of June.

It would be useful to the PC if you could include something about yourself and any particular areas of interest in your submission.

Any question please shout out and I'll do my best to answer them.

Do you care for the Village?
Would you like to have a say in village issues?
If so now is your last chance to contribute by joining the INFLUENTIAL Parish Council!!
Two places are still up for grabs so get your name down by June 5th
Contact the Clerk or any Councillor for more information.

For new residents enquiring about becoming parish councillors, no minimum length of residency is required. There are two mandatory requirements: over 18 years of age and being a British citizen, plus the choice of an easily met third option: living within three miles of the parish boundary. Confirmed by ENC. Hope this helps.
