Is there a new Parish Clerk yet?  Is there a Parish Council meeting on 11th September - no agenda on the Parish Council website?

I guess that were it still a farmers field the fencing and a car parking area (hard core) could probably be added without any bureaucracy.  Does the Parish Council have a quick pass through the Planning process for bring the 'Village Field' into use or do you still have to get planning permission?  Including then the risk of a 'condition' to make the fencing along the railway line Adder proof, with the allied additional costs that this will inevitably bring?

Mea Culpa - should have posted a followup here.

Yes there has been a new clerk appointed. The handover process is underway.

The agenda is normally posted the weekend before each meeting as it's still subject to change.
