More houses at the end of Daleswood Rise?
« Posted: 21 May 2014, 14:45:05 »
Today, the grazing field at the end of Millwood Way, off Daleswood Rise, was being surveyed and I discovered it was for sale, see http://www.edwardsmoore.co.uk/property/kings-cliffe,-peterborough/land-for-sale-in-kings-cliffe,-peterborough/full_details_adv/523830

I am concerned that this little patch of land is to be developed as well - any other concerned residents out there?

That plot has been for sale for quite a while.

If it's being surveyed then, like yourself, I can only assume that someone's interested in it from a building perspective (no point in surveying if it's just going to be used for grazing).

Keep your eyes peeled for planning notices being posted on the site.

The price tag on the land when I last looked was 300k. For less than 2/3rds of an acre that is very expensive grazing land. I have always been of the opinion that someone would build on it eventually.
